Our Story
After two decades in HR and organizational leadership, our founder, Leslie Baker, saw a pattern. Many small and mid-sized businesses wanted to take care of their people, but they did not have the structure or support to do it well. Seasons Solutions Group was created to change that.
Our passion is sharing what we have learned through years of hands-on experience—the lessons, the challenges, and the proven practices that help workplaces thrive. Building better organizations is not just a service we provide. It is the reason we do this work.
Meet the Founder
Leslie Baker is the founder of Seasons Solutions Group and a trusted voice in strategic HR and leadership development. She brings deep experience from both sides of the workplace — having advised global organizations as part of the world’s largest HR consulting firm, and having led people and culture initiatives directly within organizations as an HR leader.
Her perspective bridges the gap between complex corporate strategy and practical, day-to-day leadership. Leslie understands how to turn theory into action and help organizations create trust, accountability, and real results.
She is also the author of Script for Success: Turn Tough Talks Into Career Wins and Culture Code Breaker: When Oppression Wears Lipstick and Heels and continues to create tools and training that make leadership simple, meaningful, and effective.
