Refund & Cancellation Policy

Seasons Solutions Group provides professional consulting services, leadership development programs, digital toolkits, training materials, and related advisory services. Because our offerings include customized services and digital intellectual property, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below.
Consulting & Advisory Services

All consulting services (including retainers, project-based engagements, workshops, and advisory sessions) are governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement executed between Seasons Solutions Group and the client.

The SOW will control scope, fees, timelines, cancellation terms, and any refund provisions applicable to the engagement.

Unless otherwise stated in an executed SOW, consulting services are non-refundable once services have begun.

If an executed SOW specifies different cancellation or refund terms, those terms will govern.

Cancellations made prior to the start date of services must be submitted in writing. Any prepaid amounts may be refunded minus administrative and preparation costs, at the sole discretion of Seasons Solutions Group.
Digital Products & Toolkits

Digital products, including downloadable toolkits, facilitator guides, training materials, templates, worksheets, and course content, are non-refundable once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on digital materials.
Live Training, Workshops & Events

Registration fees for live or virtual workshops and events are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms.

If Seasons Solutions Group cancels or reschedules an event, registrants will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future session.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Requests for consideration due to extraordinary circumstances may be submitted in writing. Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy
Seasons Solutions Group primarily delivers services and digital products. As such, our return policy is limited.
Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Physical Materials

If physical materials are offered in the future, return eligibility, timelines, and conditions will be clearly stated at the point of sale.
