We typically structure engagements in one of two ways:

Set-price project engagements, ideal for defined outcomes (such as handbook development or training programs).

Hourly support blocks, best for ongoing guidance, decision support, or employee relations needs.

Hourly support blocks are used within 30 days to maintain focus and momentum.

The goal is clarity, fairness, and support that matches your organization’s current season — not one-size-fits-all pricing.
